Chicken Piccata
If thawed:
1. Slice open bag of chicken and empty into a hot skillet with lemon sauce
2. Heat 2-3 minutes, until browned on outside and warmed through
If frozen:
1. Place baggy of chicken in a pot of simmering water 3-5 minutes, until warmed through
2. Slice bag open carefully
3. Heat up lemon sauce and pour on top
Steak w/ Red Pepper Sauce
Stove Directions (recommended):
1. Place steak slices in a hot fry pan with one tablespoon of oil
2. Saute 2-3 mins, or until hot
3. Top with red pepper steak sauce
Oven Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Remove lid and place pan of steak in oven
3. Bake 15-20 mins, or until it reaches your desired doneness
4. Top with red pepper steak sauce
Panko Crusted Cod
1. Remove sauce from pan
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Bake fish 10-15 mins, until hot throughout
Baked Ziti
1. Pre-heat oven to 350
2. Bake ziti for 15-20 mins, stirring once, until hot throughout
Cuban Fajitas
Stove
1. Heat chicken, beans and rice in a pan until hot
2. Warm tortillas in microwave until warm
3. Make your own fajitas
Oven
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place pan in oven until everything is hot (about 20 mins), stirring once
Pesto Pizza
1. Place pizza on a baking sheet
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Bake pizza 15 mins, or until hot
Soup
Heat on stove until hot throughout and bubbly
Brussel Sprouts
If thawed:
1. Slice open baggy and place veggies in a skillet
2. Heat 2-3 mins over medium high heat, until warm
If frozen:
1. Place whole baggy of veggies in a pot of simmering water
2. Allow to thaw, 2-3 mins
Roasted Potatoes
Oven:
1. Pop in a 375 degree preheated oven until hot
