Heating Instructions...

...for the week of Monday, February 28

Spinach Feta Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake about 15 mins, until hot in center

Herb Crusted Salmon
1. Heat oven to 250
2. Bake about 15 mins, until hot in center

Molasses Glazed Pork
(from freezer)
1. Heat a pot of simmering water
2. Add baggy of pork and allow to thaw, about 5 mins
3. Carefully remove from baggy and top w/ molasses glaze

(from fridge)
1. Heat a skillet with a spoonful of olive oil
2. Add pork and heat 3-5 mins, until hot in center
3. Top with molasses glaze

Whole Wheat Lasagna
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake 20-30 mins, until bubbly and hot in center

Crepes
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake 20-30 mins, until hot in center

Soup
1. Heat on stove until bubbly and hot throughout

Pizza
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake pizza about 10 mins, until hot

Tilapia
1. Remove sauce from pan
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Bake fish 10-15 mins, until hot throughout


Chicken Cannellini
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake chicken and beans about 10-15 mins, until hot throughout

Shepherd's Pie
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Bake about 20 mins, until warmed through

Salmon Burgers
1.Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake burgers, beans and spinach 15-20 mins, until hot


Vegetable Curry
1. Toss into a hot skillet with a tablespoon olive oil
2. Stir fry 3-4 mins, until warm throughout


Frittata

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10 mins, until hot throughout


Turkey Chili
heat on stove until bubbly and hot throughout


Sauteed Spinach
If thawed:
1. Slice open baggy and place veggies in a skillet
2. Heat 2-3 mins over medium high heat, until warm
If frozen:
1. Place whole baggy of veggies in a pot of simmering water
2. Allow to thaw, 2-3 mins

Heating Instructions...

...for the week of Monday, February 14 (Happy Valentine's Day!)

Chicken w/ Prosciutto

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake chicken 10-15 mins, until hot in center

Panko Crusted Tilapia
1. Remove sauce from pan
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Bake fish 10-15 mins, until hot throughout

Steak with Red Pepper Sauce
Stove Directions (recommended):
1. Place steak in a hot fry pan with one tablespoon of oil
2. Saute 2-3 mins, or until hot
3. Top with red pepper steak sauce
Oven Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Remove lid and place pan of steak in oven
3. Bake 15-20 mins, or until it reaches your desired doneness
4. Top with red pepper steak sauce


Enchilada Casserole
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Bake enchilada pan 20-25 minutes, until warmed through


Brownie Bread Pudding
1. Heat in microwave 2-3 mins, until warm (or you can heat in oven)
2. top with vanilla ice cream (not included)

Quinoa with Chicken Stir Fry
1. Toss into a hot skillet with a tablespoon olive oil
2. Stir fry 3-4 mins, until warm throughout


Quiche
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 20-25 mins, until warmed through

Soup

1. Heat on the stove or in the oven for about 10 mins, until hot

Pork Chop with Veggie Quinoa

Practically Paleo...meat, veggies, and just a dash of grains to help stretch your dinner



1. Make the quinoa (according to package instructions)

2. Saute your veggies. I used broccoli, carrots and shallots

3. Meanwhile, cook your pork chop following the same method as the steak in this previous post

4. When quinoa is cooked, toss it in the saute pan and mix around with the veggie goodness

5. Top veggie quinoa with pork chop and enjoy!

Jerk Rubbed Chicken
If thawed:
1. Slice open bag of chicken and place chicken in a hot skillet
2. Heat 2-3 mins, until warmed through and crisp brown on the outside
3. top with pineapple salsa
If frozen:
1. Place baggy of chicken in microwave or a pot of simmering water 2-3 mins, until thawed
2. top with pineapple salsa

Stuffed Tilapia
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Bake salmon about 15-20 minutes, until hot throughout

Mushroom Polenta Lasagna
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10-15 mins, until hot in center

Chicken Tikka Masala
1. Add tikka masala and rice to a hot fry pan
2. Heat on stove for about 10 mins, until hot throughout

Soup
Heat on in pan on stove until bubbly and hot throughout

Veggie Frittata
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10 mins, until hot throughout

Roasted Veggies
If thawed:
1. Warm up in a hot skillet with a teaspoon of olive oil
If frozen:
1. Place bag of veggies in a pot of simmering water until thawed

Spinach
If thawed:
1. Slice open baggy and place veggies in a skillet
2. Heat 2-3 mins over medium high heat, until warm
If frozen:
