Tuesday 2/22:
- breakfast: chicken apple sausage fritatta
- snack: side of berries
- lunch: (health nut salad)mixed greens salad with grilled chicken, kale, red peppers, avocado, sliced almonds, lemon vinaigrette
- dinner: salmon burgers with black beans and spinach
Wednesday 2/23:
- breakfast: hard-boiled egg with guacamole, slice of turkey and tomato
- snack: almonds
- lunch: citrus salad
- dinner: chicken cannellini
Thursday 2/24:
- breakfast: veggie frittata
- snack: orange
- lunch: tuna apple salad with a side of mixed greens
- dinner: vegetable curry
Friday, 2/25:
- breakfast: apple with almond butter
- snack: trail mix
- lunch: turkey chili
- dinner: herb roasted chicken with brussel sprouts
