- Remove lid
- Bake 15 mins, or until it flakes apart easily

- Remove chicken from baggy and place on a baking sheet

- Remove lid, bake peppers 15 mins (for small)-30 mins (for large)

- Empty curry and rice into a fry pan
- Stir fry about 5 mins, or until hot
