Heating Instructions...

...for the week of Monday May 2

Honey Glazed Salmon
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Remove lid
  3. Bake 15 mins, or until it flakes apart easily

Herb Roasted Chicken

  1. Heat a pot of simmering water
  2. Place baggy of chicken in the water and simmer about 5 mins (10 if it's frozen)

OR

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Remove chicken from baggy and place on a baking sheet
  3. Bake chicken 10-15 mins, until hot in center


Turkey Chili Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Remove lid, bake peppers 15 mins (for small)-30 mins (for large)


Vegetable Curry

  1. Empty curry and rice into a fry pan
  2. Stir fry about 5 mins, or until hot


Vegan Broccoli Soup

  1. Heat in a pot until bubbly and hot


Veggie Frittata

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bake 15-20 mins, until hot in center


Sesame Broccoli

  1. Toss in a hot fry pan for 3-5 mins, until hot

OR

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Bake about 5 mins, until hot


Sauteed Spinach

  1. Toss in a hot fry pan for 3-5 mins, until hot

OR

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Bake about 5 mins, until hot
