The Return of Brussel Sprouts


Did you hate them growing up? Well give them another try!

Baked Brussel Sprouts

  • Wash sprouts, and trim off the ends and any discolored leaves
  • Toss with enough olive oil, salt and pepper to cover them all
  • Bake at a pre-heated oven of 400 degrees for 15-20 mins, until they get a nice golden brown color (There should also be some crisp "brussel sprout chips" in the pan that have fallen off- those are my favorite!)
