Heating Instructions...

...for the week of Monday, April 4

Stuffed Tilapia
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake tilapia 10-15 mins, until hot in the center

Herb Roasted Chicken Breast
1. Heat a pot of simmering water
2. Add baggy of chicken to pot and cook 5-10 mins (depending if it's been frozen)
-OR-
1. Put chicken on a baking sheet and bake about 10 mins @375 until hot in the middle

Stuffed Red Peppers
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake 10-20 mins (depending on size), until hot in center

Quinoa w/ Asian Chicken Stir Fry
1. Heat a fry pan with a spoonful of olive oil
2. Add quinoa, and heat about 5 mins, stirring frequently

Soup
1. Heat on stove about 5 mins until hot and bubbly

Frittata
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake about 15 mins, until hot in center

Spicy Baked Ratatouille
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10 mins, or until hot
-OR-
1. Heat in a fry pan until hot, about 5 mins

Sauteed Spinach
1. Heat in a fry pan until hot, about 3 mins
-OR-
2. Heat in a pot of simmering water until hot, about 5 mins (make sure baggy is sealed, sometimes the moisture in the spinach will cause it to come undone)

Monday Dinner-Stuffed Tilapia

Tuesday Breakfast- Frittata
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake about 15 mins, until hot in center

Tuesday Dinner- Mushroom Polenta Lasagana
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 5-10 mins, until hot in center

Wednesday Dinner- Asian Chicken Stir Fry
1. Heat a fry pan with a spoonful of olive oil
2. Add stir fry, and heat about 5 mins, stirring frequently

Thursday Breakfast- Frittata
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake about 15 mins, until hot in center

Thursday Dinner- Spicy Baked Ratatouille
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10 mins, or until hot
-OR-
1. Heat in a fry pan until hot, about 5 mins


Friday Lunch- Vegan Broccoli Soup
Soup
1. Heat on stove about 5 mins until hot and bubbly
