Heating Instructions...

...for the week of April 25

Chicken with Spinach and Feta
1. Preheat oven to 350, remove lid
2. Bake chicken 10-15 mins, until hot in center

Salmon in Papillote:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Remove lid, but keep salmon wrapped in parchment
3. Steam-bake salmon 15 mins, until it flakes apart

Steak with Red Pepper Sauce
1. Set sauce aside
-stove-
2. add steak to a fry pan, add a spoonful of olive oil
3. heat about 5 mins over medium heat, until desired done-ness is reached
4. add sauce
-or in baggy-
2. heat a pot of simmering water
3. add baggy of steak and simmer 5 mins, until hot (longer time if frozen)

Mac n' Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 15-30 mins (depending on size ordered), until hot in center

Pork Tacos
1. Heat pork in a fry pan on the stove until hot
2. Assemble tacos in tortillas

Soup
1. Heat on stove until hot and bubbly

Quiche
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake about 20 mins, until hot in center

Broccoli
Oven
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 5-10 mins, until hot
Stove
1. Toss in a fry pan and heat about 5 mins, until hot

Sauteed Spinach
STOVE
1. Empty into a fry pan and heat 5 mins, until hot
OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place on baking sheet, bake 5 mins, until hot
