Herb Crusted Salmon
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Remove lid,
3. Bake salmon 15 mins, or until hot in the center
Garlic Rosemary Steak
Stove-top instructions
1. Heat a pot of simmering water
2. Add baggy of steak to water, and simmer 5 mins, or until heated through
3. Top with rosemary garlic oil
OR
1. Slice steak into 5-6 pieces
2. Place in a hot fry pan w/ the oil
3. Heat 3-4 mins, or until it has reached your desired temp
4. Top with rosemary garlic oil
(if frozen, increase heating times)

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake steak about 10 mins, until desired temp is reached
Mojo Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. If tomato sauce is on the side, add the sauce to pan of chicken
3. Remove lid, Bake chicken about 10 mins, until hot in center
Whole Wheat Lasagna
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake 20-30 mins (depending on size of lasagna)
(if frozen, increase cooking times)
Cuban Chicken Fajitas
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Set tortillas aside
3. Place pan in oven 15-20 mins, until heated through
4. Make your own fajitas with tortillas (you can place tortillas in microwave for 30 secs to warm)
Gumbo
1. Heat in a saucepan about 5 mins, until bubbly and hot
(this soup will thicken in the fridge, so if it's too thick, add a couple spoonfuls of water to thin it out)
Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 5-10 mins, until hot
Sauteed Spinach
1. Saute in a fry pan 5 mins, until hot

1. Heat in oven at 350 5 mins, until hot
