1. Set sauce aside
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Bake fish 10-15 mins, until hot throughout
4. Serve with pesto dipping sauce
Pork with Mango Salsa
-Stove Directions-
1. Fill a pot with simmering water
2. Place baggy of pork in pot
3. Simmer 5-10 mins (depending if frozen)
4. Serve with salsa
OR
1. Remove chicken from baggy
2. Heat in a fry pan with a spoonful of oil 5 mins, or until hot
3. Serve with salsa
Chicken with Goat Cheese & Almonds
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake chicken 10-15 mins, until hot in center
Quinoa with Veggie Curry
1. Place quinoa and curry into a fry pan
2. heat over medium for 5-10 mins, until hot, stirring occasionally
