The EC Cleanse February 21

  • dinner: tilapia with basil mint sauce
Tuesday 2/22:
  • breakfast: chicken apple sausage fritatta
  • snack: side of berries
  • lunch: (health nut salad)mixed greens salad with grilled chicken, kale, red peppers, avocado, sliced almonds, lemon vinaigrette
  • dinner: salmon burgers with black beans and spinach
Wednesday 2/23:
  • breakfast: hard-boiled egg with guacamole, slice of turkey and tomato
  • snack: almonds
  • lunch: citrus salad
  • dinner: chicken cannellini
Thursday 2/24:
  • breakfast: veggie frittata
  • snack: orange
  • lunch: tuna apple salad with a side of mixed greens
  • dinner: vegetable curry
Friday, 2/25:
  • breakfast: apple with almond butter
  • snack: trail mix
  • lunch: turkey chili
  • dinner: herb roasted chicken with brussel sprouts
