1. Make the quinoa (according to package instructions)
2. Saute your veggies. I used broccoli, carrots and shallots
3. Meanwhile, cook your pork chop following the same method as the steak in this previous post4. When quinoa is cooked, toss it in the saute pan and mix around with the veggie goodness
5. Top veggie quinoa with pork chop and enjoy!
