Heating Instructions...

...for the week of Monday, January 24

Salmon in Papillote
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Bake salmon about 15-20 mins, until hot in the center

Frittata
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake about 15 mins, until hot in the center

Chicken with White Beans
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake chicken and beans about 10-15 mins, until hot throughout

Polenta Lasagna
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10-15 mins, until hot in the center

Stuffed Red Peppers
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10-15 mins, until hot in the center

Pizza
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10-15 mins, until hot in the center

Herb Roasted Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake 10-15 mins, until hot in the center
OR if frozen
1. Place baggy of chicken in a pot of simmering water
2. Simmer about 10 mins, until thawed and hot throughout

Sauteed Spinach
1. Toss in a hot saute pan for 2-3 mins, until hot
OR
1. Place baggy of spinach in a pot of simmering water
2. Simmer about 5 mins, until thawed and hot throughout
