Heating Instructions...

...for the week of March 7

Salmon in Papillote
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Steam-bake salmon about 20 mins, until cooked through

Herb Roasted Chicken
1. Place baggy of chicken in simmering water until heated through, about 10 mins

1. Heat in oven about 10 mins,

Frittatas
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake frittata 10-15 mins, until hot in center

Stuffed Peppers
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake 15-20 mins, until hot in center

Spicy Baked Ratatouille
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Bake about 10 mins, until hot throughout
-OR-
1. Heat a fry pan on the stove
2. Add ratatouille and heat, stirring often about 5 mins

Asian Chicken Stir Fry
1. Heat a fry pan on the stove
2. Add stir fry and heat, stirring often about 5 mins

Quinoa with Asian Chicken Stir Fry
1. Heat a fry pan on the stove
2. Add quinoa and stir fry and heat, stirring often about 5 mins

Soup
Heat on stove or microwave until bubbly and hot throughout
