Heating Instructions...

...for the week of Monday October 11

Herb Roasted Chicken

1. preheat oven to 350
2. bake chicken 10-15 mins, until hot throughout

Salmon in Papillote
1. preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. bake salmon 10-15 mins, until hot and salmon is cooked through

Stuffed Tilapia
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
3. bake fish 10-15 mins, until hot and fish is cooked through


Stuffed Peppers
1. preheat oven to 375
2. bake peppers until hot in the center, about 20 mins.

Spicy Ratatouille
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake ratatouille until hot in center, about 10 mins

Red Pepper Soup
1. Heat on stove until bubbly

Veggie Frittata
1. preheat oven to 350
2. bake frittata 10 mins, or until hot in center

Sauteed Spinach
1. sautee in a pan for 2 minutes, until hot
-or-
1. place entire baggy of spinach in simmering water until thawed and hot throughout, about 2 mins.

1. preheat oven to 350
2. bake frittata 10 mins, or until hot in center

tuesday dinner

1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 bake fish 10-15 mins, until hot and fish is cooked through


wednesday dinner
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Bake ratatouille until hot in center, about 10 mins


thursday breakfast
1. preheat oven to 350
2. bake frittata 10 mins, or until hot in center

thursday dinner

2. bake peppers until hot in the center, about 20 mins.

friday lunch
1.Heat soup in a pan on stove until bubbly
